Vanusa Novaes

​

Vanusa is a Registered Associate Nutritionist graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Westminster, London, with a First Class Honours. She has a particular interest in digestive, hormonal, metabolic and brain health. Her final year research project investigated the impact of different nutritional metabolic states on a variety of health conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease and depression.

 

Vanusa  prides herself on providing an individualised approach for her clients in order to help them to reach their goals, improve their relationship with food and achieve a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. This is achieved through education, diet plans and behavioural changes. Vanusa focus on her client's outcomes and specifically the factors that affect their nutritional status therefore avoiding a wide array of health disorders and illness and improving the quality of their life. She uses an integrated approach and always ensures to provide evidence-based advices.

 

Vanusa is specialised in the paleo, mediterranean and low carb/ Ketogenic lifestyle and has successfully treated many clients. In her practice, she assists clients in a broad range of areas from improving digestive health such as IBS, skin issues such as acne and eczema, hormonal imbalances including PCOS and endometriosis, food sensitivities, autoimmunity as well as weight management, increased energy levels or living a more healthy and vital life. Inspiring and showing people to change their lifestyle simply by eating real food without having to go through depravation is part of her strategies

She is passionate about supporting people on their journey to optimal health and a peaceful relationship with their body. I know how it feels to struggle with your weight. To try different diets, never fully convinced they’re right for you. 

 

She is also a Certified Personal Trainer working with clients to improve their health and fitness. She believes that combining a healthy diet and exercise is the best strategy for improving health span.
